This is London's first and only Yunnan stone pot fish, and it's so good. The unique hot pot uses a heated stone pot and a hat-shaped lid to steam-cook the fish, giving you a clean, flavourful broth and incredibly tender fish.
It's perfect for sharing, especially when you give the broth a second life with more meat and ingredients. The stone pot fish is £48 and two of us were full from just that.
