POV: your favourite omakase restaurant, INÉ, switched into a 100% handroll bar. We ordered the six handroll set at £45 with torched salmon and avocado, spicy tuna and chives, yellowtail jalapeño jelly, scallop with yuzu salt and shiso, otoro with smoked daikon, and negi salmon with crispy garlic.
It's affordable for the experience and quality, in my opinion.
