Two-Michelin-star sushi master Shogo Amamoto just opened a new omakase in Mayfair and honestly my mind is still blown. It's 22 flawless courses, including his signature Oshi Zushi Hako.
The fried mochi topped with caviar is something I genuinely can't stop thinking about.
