Khun Pakin Thai, inside an English pub in Hammersmith, is already famous for authentic Isaan food and is one of Thai people's favourites. The seasonal menu follows dishes that are popular in Thailand right now, so there's always something new to try.
I highly recommend the German pork knuckle with a Thai twist. We wrapped the crispy pork in vegetables and pickles and dipped it in the Thai sauces. It's perfect with a beer in a pub setting.
