A hidden gem in London that actually feels like Japan. Roketsu in Marylebone completely transports you: you sit at the counter, watch the chefs at work, and each dish is served to you one by one. It's calm, intimate and really special.
The sashimi was unbelievably fresh, the prawn tempura perfectly crisp, and I'm still thinking about the chutoro. The kind of place you book when you want to impress someone, or just treat yourself.
