A London burger spot to add to your list. Only 10 burgers a day, hidden away at Vesper on Exmouth Market, where chef Jackson Boxer is serving up one of London's most sought-after burgers.
A seriously juicy beef patty brushed with Parmesan-infused beef stock, topped with melted Gorgonzola and sweet onions, in a soft bun sitting in a pool of rich cognac peppercorn sauce. It's technically off-menu, so get there early. One of the most indulgent burgers I've had in London.
