One of the newest foodie spots in Sheffield, Alura on Ecclesall Road offers fresh Turkish food, handcrafted cocktails and exclusive wines. It has only been open a few months but it's already bustling.
We can never say no to charcoal grill, so we tried the mixed kebab and the oceanic grilled skewer and loved both. The hot and cold starters are a great introduction, including sucuk, falafel and fried aubergines, and the sliders were ridiculously good. Deceptively huge, with an open pass and a space that feels high-end but accessible.
