We're spoilt for choice for hand pulled noodles in Sheffield, and Biang Biang quickly became a standout for us. They specialise in huge bowls, and there's nothing more mesmerising than watching the noodles being pulled.
The chilli oil noodles come with heaps of fresh garlic, bubbling hot oil and a hunk of soft beef rib that slips off the bone, with a perfect chewy bite. The chicken broth soup noodles were spectacular too, and the best winter warmer.
