One of our favourite restaurants in Sheffield and the best place to gather friends for Korean food. Shuyo at New Era Square consistently delivers starters, mains and BBQ bursting with flavour, plus Japanese yuzu wine, soju and beer.
The fried chicken is always a winner, the honey mustard being our favourite, and the golden cheese boneless is salty and umami in the best way. The star is always the sharers: the dakgalbi has marinated boneless chicken, rice cakes, veg and ramen noodles in a thick broth topped with stringy cheese, rich and hearty without being heavy.
