There's a new opening in Sheffield offering food inspired by the Silk Road. From the team behind Lanzhou Pulled Noodles on West Street, Silk Kitchen focuses on flavours along the ancient trading route connecting China with Central Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
We tried sesame lamb, sweet and sour crispy beef, crispy garlic king prawns and, of course, hand pulled noodles. It was great to see the chefs demo their noodle pulling skills too.
