We headed to Wynd Cafe in Dunfermline for brunch at the weekend and it did not disappoint. It's a short drive from Edinburgh, or you can get the train. I love the decor and the vibes, it feels super relaxed and everyone is so friendly.
I went for the Scram Jam and it was delicious, with bacon jam, soft scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and sourdough toast. The cake selection is insane too, and they always have cool iced matcha and iced coffee flavours on the menu.
