I feel so lucky to have experienced both staying and dining here, truly one of the most gorgeous experiences I've ever had. Tucked away on the banks of Loch Fyne, Inver is a Green Michelin Star restaurant where the food is simply phenomenal.
Every single course was outstanding, from the simplicity of the garden plate, which reminded us how good simple food done right can be, to the more complex flavours of the lamb rose and wild cherry dish. I'd definitely recommend adding the drinks pairing too.
