I had such a fun day at Yarrow Cookery School. They've curated the perfect experience, and I got to cook with a friend. We were at the Field to Fork Saturday class and made herb crusted rack of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, honey roasted carrots, salsa verde and red wine jus, and it was so good.
It's fun and relaxed, and you don't need to be a cooking pro, so it works for anyone from people who love cooking to complete beginners. It's in Longniddry Steading, only an 18 minute train journey from Edinburgh.
