This is my absolute go to spot in Edinburgh. The Blair Street spot is right in the centre of town so it's super handy, and I also love a pre-order and pick-up from the Bruntsfield one.
I find it so hard to stray from the Il Toscano because I love the combo, but this time I also tried the Frivizanno, absolutely jam packed with meat, cheese and spicy salami spread. They're so filling that half is always enough for me, so there are usually leftovers for the next day. A must try if you haven't been.
