A Cantonese feast with a contemporary twist at Dim Sum Library.
The new Xiao Long Bao tasting platter was a standout, four incredible flavours from tom yum seafood and black pepper Wagyu to pork and their signature dan dan. But that Wagyu beef puff? Flaky, buttery pastry with a melt in your mouth filling. Absolute perfection.
We added scallops with asparagus, wok-tossed Wagyu in wasabi garlic sauce, fried rice, seasonal greens and sweet treats with bubble tea to finish. Come hungry, leave obsessed.
