Idalia at Pillar Hill in Olympia serves modern British dining with European and Asian twists.
I tried the burrata with pesto, a Sri Lankan chicken curry and a tiramisu. The drinks were a whole experience, with a pink mocktail served in a sugar-coated glass and the iconic handbag mocktail. With a chef from Sri Lanka, the curry was definitely worth ordering, and the tiramisu was one of the best I have ever had.
