A delicious tasting menu in Notting Hill at FAN. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented.
We tried a ceviche with smoked yellow tiger milk and crispy squid, tuna with fried prawn tartare and gochujang rocoto, delicate smoked shiromi, a scallop with Chinese spicy crab and a crispy rice with otoro and manchego. Japanese and Peruvian flavours done really well.
