St Mary Street in Cardiff has just levelled up. Kieran had been so excited for Spitfire to open ever since we heard the reviews of their Bristol spot, so we went in opening week.
Don't skip the starters, the pork rashers are salty bacon goodness with a sweet and tangy salsa. Then go for anything from the BBQ pit. The St Louis ribs were the size of the whole table, and the pork belly burnt ends and brisket were cooked beautifully.
