If you've been following us for a while, you'll know we love Bistro 8 in Blackwood. Seeing it packed out on a Sunday in early January is a testament to the consistent quality of the roasts.
We had the garlic mushrooms and panko calamari to start, then the lamb and beef roasts. They nail the basics, and the cauli cheese has a special place in our hearts. The homemade desserts always slap, the Biscoff cheesecake and the crumble and custard. Book in advance, they fill up fast.
