Another lunch break, another Glasgow food spot. This time I visited Zhangliang Malatang on Sauchiehall Street and finally tried one of Glasgow's most talked-about soup spots.
You pick your ingredients, choose your broth and they do the rest. I went for noodles, duck, beef, lamb, mushrooms and a few extras. Everything is weighed, cooked fresh and served in a rich, flavour-packed broth, and every bowl comes out different.
