Fresh mussels straight from the source. I visited the honesty box at Inverlussa Mussel Farm on the Isle of Mull, where you can buy some of the freshest mussels in Scotland right beside the sea they're grown in.
I got to see the farm itself, how the mussels are sorted and the famous honesty box setup. This is slow Scottish island living at its best, with a wild coastline, local seafood and total honesty.
