Uncle Roger's restaurant is now open in London, at Kawan on Macclesfield Street.
The dry curry wagyu and the Chinatown fried rice were the stars, and the Chinese wellington, made with chicken instead of beef, is a unique take on the British classic. A bit spenny for the portion size, but worth trying at least once.
