Viral Khao Soi from Chiang Mai, now in London near Oxford Circus. A rich, creamy, perfectly spicy coconut curry broth with springy egg noodles and your choice of meat on top.
We couldn't resist the braised beef shank and torched chuck eye combo (£20.5), the tiger prawn (£28) and the one with buttery scallops (£22). The grilled chicken thigh (£8), the Pla Som sea bream (£21) and the Thai tea Basque cheesecake (£9) were all great too.
