The roasted garlic tonkotsu at Ivan Ramen might have just become my new favourite ramen in London. Insanely rich and creamy with proper garlicky flavour, whole roasted garlic cloves inside and al dente noodles that soaked up all that flavour.
The meat was huge too, each piece covered the entire bowl. Be quick though, it's a summer special. 9 out of 10, £18.
