Notts best Japanese restaurant goes to Kushiya for exquisitely crafted, super flavourful dishes. Highlights were the spicy tuna on crispy rice, the chilli cheese mochi, the ox tongue skewer and the chocolate kinako sundae.
The only minor shortfall was the prawn katsu sando, which felt bland next to the rest. Still, I'll be back again and again. 9.5 out of 10, skewers £7.5 and other dishes £9-13.
