Authentic Japanese noodles in Notts. The mazemen at Kojima was legit, similar to the ones we ate in Japan, with bouncy thick chewy handmade noodles and a flavourful dense sauce.
I loved the Japanese style of the restaurant too, with your order placed on paper and little boxes under your chair for coats and bags. Mix well and save some sauce for your free rice at the end. 8.7 out of 10, £11.5 for the spicy stir noodles.
