Butter believe this was one of the richest bowls of ramen I've ever had. Spicy Hokkaido miso with tender meat, a perfectly runny orange yolk egg and al dente noodles in a broth so luxurious it tasted closer to lobster bisque.
The £18.60 bill for just one bowl after service charge made my eyes water though. 8.5 out of 10.
