The Canyon Swing in Grindelwald is a 90-metre free fall, and it was the scariest thing I've ever done. For a moment I genuinely thought it was the end, but the feeling afterwards was unreal. I felt so alive and so proud of myself.
You don't have to be fearless, you just have to be brave enough to do it scared.
