Another west London discovery, and if you're still heading to Soho or Covent Garden for dinner, you need to rethink your choices. Frame Notting Hill is tucked away with the dreamiest moody interior, very romantic and super cosy.
The tapas is so good, I don't think I've ever had tapas this good in Spain. Perfect for a date or a special occasion, and the pan con tomate is the best you will ever have. I'll fight anyone who disagrees. 15/10.
