This might be the best thing you'll eat in Paris. Lulu Crêperie inside the Marché des Enfants Rouges makes a crêpe with a massive, incredibly crispy cheese crust, loaded with so much goat cheese and ham that you need two hands to hold it.
We ate these standing up in the middle of the market and I'm still thinking about it. It costs €10-€14 and the nearest metro is Filles du Calvaire.
