Noodle Sifu brings authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles to Glasgow. Head Chef Muha, originally from Gansu in Northwestern China, cooks the flavours of Gansu and Xinjiang.
Everything is made to order, with noodles pulled fresh by hand in the large open kitchen, and watching him work is impressive. The menu has hand-pulled and knife-cut noodles, dumplings, homemade naan, barbecue, Sichuan dry pot and Xinjiang-style big plate chicken. The kitchen is 100% halal and open until 2am, a brilliant late-night option.
