We love a trip down to Manchester, and Mollies was an excellent base to explore the city. It's in the former Granada Studios building on Atherton Street, in the St John's neighbourhood.
Stunning design, comfort and great dining, with a lot of curated art we couldn't get enough of. It's reasonably priced and well located, and the hotel is home to a lovely cocktail bar with live music.
