Straight from London, Noodle Inn has opened its first Scottish restaurant on Byres Road, taking over the former Topolabamba site. They're known for fresh, hand-pulled Xi'an-style Biang Biang noodles, made to order in the open kitchen.
There's also handmade street food like Chinese-style burgers, prawn toast, stirred knife-cut noodles and deep-fried prawns. We really enjoyed our visit, definitely one for your Glasgow food list.
