Opened in 2011, this building, designed by the German architect Jürgen Mayer, stands some 29 metres tall. Comprising six large, mushroom-shaped sunshades, the structure offers fantastic views of Seville from its viewing platform.

Its basement houses the Antiquarium museum, which contains important archaeological remains from the Roman period. The area in which it is situated includes a food market and an elevated square where various events are held.
