This park, a sandy expanse of great geomorphological unity and of considerable scientific interest, is situated on the island of Fuerteventura, within the municipality of Corralejo.
The Corralejo Natural Park is a vast expanse of dunes stretching along the north-eastern coast of the island of Fuerteventura, roughly from Puerto Remedios beach in the town of Corralejo, in the north, to the southern boundary marked by the Montaña Roja volcanic cone. It provides a habitat for numerous protected endemic species.
