Given that the brothers still tend bar, both the experience and the ambience are highly personal. The nostalgia harks back to 1970s Italy, the decor lovingly giving protagonism to sepia photographs of a dapper Sr Mendoza, while shelves display vermouths and amari. Mirrors, vertically placed teal tiles and modernist touches are additional nods to Milan's fashion capital status appreciated by stylish regulars who have made this their home.
