The Archduke of Austria, Leopold Salvador of Habsburg, to whom this estate belonged, applied his own ideas on garden design to two other nearby sites: Son Moragues, which features a terraced orchard, staircases that span a steep slope and an oval pond; and Miramar, where the theme of balconies overlooking the cliff and the sea is repeated once again.
