The Museum of Modern Art in Paris is one of the most important museums of modern and contemporary art in Europe. Located between the Champs-Élysées and the Eiffel Tower, the museum, built for the 1937 World’s Fair, is emblematic of 1930s architecture.

Its collections, comprising more than 15,000 works, showcase the major artistic movements from 1900 to the present, represented by leading artists in art history: Picasso, Modigliani, Robert and Sonia Delaunay, Suzanne Valadon, as well as Christian Boltanski, Annette Messager, Peter Doig, Sturtevant, Nina Childress, and Sheila Hicks…

It also houses rare and exceptional works installed on-site, such as the first two versions of Matisse’s La Danse and Raoul Dufy’s La Fée électricité, a monumental work covering 600 m²!

Throughout the year, the museum hosts internationally renowned exhibitions: Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Sonia Delaunay, Andy Warhol, Sarah Moon, Hans Hartung, Carol Rama, Paula Modersohn-Becker, Anni and Josef Albers, Anna-Eva Bergman, Nicolas de Staël…
