Winter has come and the only thing I've been thinking about is a bowl of Japanese ramen. Maruki is a fully halal Japanese restaurant in the heart of Rotterdam, halal certified.
The Spicy Maguro sushi is my favourite, coming from someone who rarely eats raw tuna, and the tuna tartar tastes so fresh. You must try the wagyu aburi, torched wagyu on a sushi roll that melts in your mouth, and the Ebi Rock Tempura. Most importantly, get the Maruki Special Ramen, so hearty and flavourful.
