Neo-Nikkei cuisine in London, in the Michelin Guide. It's not only Japanese-Peruvian, it's also Cantonese, French and Spanish, and constantly evolving.
We had the 7-course tasting menu and it was really delicious, especially the tuna tacos, ceviche, scallop, sushi and pisco cocktails. There was a bit of a wait before the final course and no dessert, which we'd have loved to try. The restaurant is intimate and you can watch the chefs if you sit by the counter.
