Bagel spots are popping up on every corner these days, both in Antwerp and Brussels. Eight has a great location and I enjoyed the bagels, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, just how I like them. I also liked that you can choose a different flavour for each half.
I wasn't a fan of the cardamom bun though, it was really dry and quite disappointing compared to the bagels.
