A brand new hotpot experience has opened in the city, and Chao Niu focuses on fresh, hand sliced beef and lots of it. The bases are all made from bone broth, and you can watch the meat being sliced by hand in a fully open kitchen.
This is not your average Chinese hotpot, it's a new beef experience. Everything is halal and there's a great selection of Chinese beers and spirits.
