Meat is sourced from Lake District Farmers, seasonal fruit from the Lyth Valley and lobster from Ulverston. The a la carte menú is complimented by the All Day Dining menu, with such staples as fish linguine, or a seasonal meat pie, alongside light bites such as soup and sandwiches.
