This Persian, Indian and East African inspired restaurant is a must visit, and one of my favourites in Brighton. It's led by Fayaz, whose incredible energy and genuine care set the tone for the entire team, and the hospitality here is unmatched.
We had the mathiya, mussels with niter kibbeh, stuffed puris, momos, the Zanzibar mix, kachumbari, ladi pav, kalio lamb chops on coals and scallops with coconut and turmeric.
